Employee Benefits Broker and Financial Advisor Services for 457B Deferred Compensation Plan

The Borough of Roseland is seeking an employee benefit broker and financial advisor firm to perform fiduciary duties and manage services for its 457B Deferred Compensation Plan 2027. The selected vendor will develop short- and long-range employee benefit strategies, advise on fiduciary responsibilities, recommend cost-efficient funding methods, analyze annual renewal options, provide benchmark survey data, and present reports to agency representatives. Work will be performed offsite under a one-year contract term. Applicants must be based in the USA and provide proof of New Jersey Business Registration at the time of submission. Submissions must include one original and one digital copy on a flash drive or CD, delivered by mail or to the municipal building's drop box by November 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time. Required forms must contain original ink signatures. Awardees must also maintain professional liability, general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
