Banking Services for the South Orange County Wastewater Authority

The South Orange County Wastewater Authority seeks proposals from qualified banking institutions to serve as its sole banking institution. Scope includes providing core checking accounts, same-day deposit processing, positive pay, wires, handling, monthly statements, interest-bearing options, electronic bank reconciliation, fraud prevention, payroll direct deposit, and banking supplies. Eligible proposers must be USA-based organizations with experience providing banking services to California public agencies or wastewater/water providers.
