Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Security Guard Services in Boise and Caldwell

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking bids for security guard services at its offices located in Boise and Caldwell, Idaho. The selected vendor must provide security officers who meet strict standards of appearance and demeanor, maintain office surveillance, respond to alarm conditions and staff requests, enforce property removal controls, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies. Bidders must submit questions by October 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through IPRO by the closing date of November 13, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Submissions must include the signed State Signature Page and Cover Form uploaded in IPRO, while any proposed modifications or exceptions must be submitted separately during the question period using Attachment 4. The anticipated initial contract term is five years, running from November 23, 2026, to November 22, 2031.
