City of Yonkers On-Call Land Survey Services for Public Work Projects

The City of Yonkers Bureau of Purchasing is seeking bids for on-call land survey services to support feasibility planning and design for city public work projects. The scope of work includes property survey services, metes and bounds descriptions, and defining existing and proposed property easements. Eligible vendors must be USA-based (onshore) organizations and obtain required New York State insurance coverages, including Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability. Bids are due by November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM prevailing time at the Purchasing Office located on the third floor of One Larkin Center, Yonkers, NY. Bidders must return only the required documents specified on page 7 of the bid package. The contract term is for 24 months, with an option to renew for an additional 12 months.
