Request for Proposals for Professional Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Controls Services

The City of St. Joseph requires a vendor to provide professional mechanical services for its municipal government authority in St. Joseph, MO. The required scope encompasses inspection, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and component replacement for plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical control systems, as well as emergency response services for urgent system failures, blockages, leaks, and service interruptions.
