California State Teachers' Retirement System Request for Offer for Senior Test Analyst Services

The California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) is issuing Request for Offer #5895537584 to procure Senior Test Analyst services for its BenefitConnect pension administration system. The selected analyst will perform quality reviews of test cases, manage test schedules, conduct regression testing, support User Acceptance Testing, document defects, and develop testing strategies. Only USA-based organizations holding a current Information Technology California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) agreement with the California Department of General Services are eligible to bid. Proposed personnel must possess at least seven years of test analyst experience within the last ten years, including experience producing business analysis deliverables and at least three years of experience with Test Application Lifecycle Management tools. Work is performed offsite, though contractors must be capable of working on-site at CalSTRS headquarters in West Sacramento, California, as needed. Questions must be submitted by October 28, 2026.
