Professional Services for the Renovation and Modernization of the Charles R. Donnelly Center

Alpena Community College is seeking qualified onshore firms or teams to provide professional services for the renovation and modernization of the Charles R. Donnelly Life Sciences and STEM Innovation Center. The scope covers three separately evaluated tracks: environmental review and Section 106 services, a USDA Rural Development Preliminary Architectural Feasibility Report, and architectural/engineering design, bidding, and construction-phase services. Applicants can propose on single or multiple tracks. Eligible bidders are limited to US organizations. Written questions are due by November 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
