Temporary Foreign Workers Content Development for the CAHRC AgriHR Toolkit

The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council seeks a qualified consultant or team to review and update the Temporary Foreign Workers content section of the AgriHR Toolkit. The selected vendor must audit existing materials, resolve inaccuracies, and develop plain-language tools, checklists, templates, and content organized around the employer journey. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore Canada organizations whose proposed team includes at least one member with a minimum of five years of relevant Canadian immigration experience, along with demonstrated agricultural sector knowledge. Proposals are evaluated based on mandatory criteria, project understanding, deliverables, and team experience. Submissions must be written in English, limited to 10 pages in PDF format (excluding CVs), and sent via email to [email protected] by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 30, 2025. All clarification questions must be emailed by November 10, 2026. The fixed project budget is $15,000 exclusive of applicable taxes, with a delivery date scheduled for March 15, 2027.
