Rapid Start Program Service

The government authority located in Boston, MA seeks a vendor to provide a Rapid Start Program Service. The selected vendor will support programs establishing new Rapid Start services or expanding existing capacity to address HIV care barriers. Proposed strategies may include training clinical providers, creating peer-to-peer clinical education, providing same-day appointments, offering interpretation services, and expediting insurance navigation and care linkages. Programs will also develop resource sharing agreements between clinical sites and priority community-based organizations to enhance coordination. Only onshore USA-based entities are eligible to bid, and all work will be performed offsite. The contract period will run for one year. Vendors must submit all questions by November 19, 2026, following a pre-bid meeting on November 16, 2026. Applicants must submit a proposal for the budget.
