City of Edmond Request for Qualifications for Downtown Master Plan Preparation Services

The City of Edmond Planning Department seeks qualified onshore US firms to provide professional design services for the Downtown Edmond Master Plan. The selected vendor must deliver stakeholder and community engagement, conduct existing condition analyses, establish recommended subarea boundaries, and prepare a market-informed economic development assessment. Applicants must submit qualification proposals, including a required Proposal attachment and an executed Non-Collusion Affidavit, through the City's online bidding system by February 1, 2027, at 5:00 PM CT. All questions must be submitted prior to the deadline on January 22, 2027, at 5:00 PM CT.
