Borough of North Arlington Request for Proposals for Financial Advisory Services

The Borough of North Arlington is issuing a Request for Proposals to obtain financial advisory services. The selected vendor will provide general financial advice, assist in developing financing plans, review debt transaction documents, prepare official statements and Local Finance Board applications, coordinate bond settlements, and evaluate refunding opportunities. Work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is limited to USA-based organizations. Applicants must have a minimum of ten years of experience providing financial advisory services to municipal clients, demonstrate in-depth experience in municipal bond transactions, maintain staff with relevant municipal finance experience, and list all recent and present municipal clients. Respondents must submit one original copy to the Borough of North Arlington, or via email, by 4:00 p.m. on December 3, 2026. Proposals must include a summary page, an executed Letter of Qualification, a staffing plan, a business overview, rankings, and up to ten case studies. The Borough will evaluate proposals based on the most advantageous terms, considering financial capabilities, reputation, experience, and the overall benefit to North Arlington taxpayers.
