Buffalo Public Schools Seeking Vendor for New Orleans Student Field Trip Services

Buffalo Public Schools requires a qualified vendor to plan and organize a three-night, four-day field trip to New Orleans, Louisiana for 12 adult chaperones and 60 students from April 19 to April 22, 2027. The scope of work encompasses travel itineraries, project planning, lodging, transportation with roundtrip baggage fees, one tour guide per bus, activities, daily healthy snacks and water, and non-repetitive meals for all four days. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Proposals can be submitted electronically via the BPS Bonfire portal or by mail with two printed copies and one electronic copy by November 20, 2026, at 12:30 PM, with questions due by November 2, 2026. Submittals must include standard forms, insurance certificates, references, and a cost proposal broken down by student, adult, and event, as proposals will be evaluated on a best-value basis for a contract term ending by July 1, 2027.
