Parking Lot Sweeping Services for Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources

Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources requires a qualified contractor to provide parking lot sweeping services across five County park locations. The selected contractor must clean and remove litter, leaves, dirt, sand, and debris using mechanical broom and vacuum trucks, while hand-blowing inaccessible areas and taking responsibility for debris disposal. Services must occur monthly per site, Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Bidders must be located onshore within the USA and must submit a minimum of three references in OpenGov Procurement to prove experience with similar services. The contract term spans 12 months starting in November 2026.
