Fayette County Public Schools Request for Proposals for Special Needs and General Student Transportation Buses

Fayette County Public Schools is issuing Request for Proposals No. 27-005-076 to procure 54 and 72 passenger school buses, including special needs and general passenger models, for student transportation. Performance of the work and warranty services will take place onsite at the Goza Road Operations Center in Fayetteville, GA. Eligible bidders include onshore USA organizations. Proposals must be organized to mirror the solicitation structure and include a Letter of Interest, Qualifications and Experience, and a Price/Cost section. Submissions must include manufacturer warranty documents, a separate cost proposal form, a minimum of three recommendation letters from past clients, and all required forms such as a Solicitation Response Form, Certificate of Insurance, and IRS W-9. Submissions are accepted digitally via email to [email protected], or by mail, parcel, or hand delivery to the LaFayette Educational Center. An evaluation committee will score proposals using a 100-point system based on Qualifications and Experience (30%), Submitted Proposal Quality (40%), and Price and Cost (30%).
