General Transportation Planning Consultant Services for the Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization

The Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization requires general transportation planning consultant services for a one-year contract period starting March 1, 2027. The selected vendor will perform onsite work in the USA covering various planning, technical, public involvement, and administrative activities. Scope includes corridor and intersection analyses, Long Range Transportation Plan updates, Level of Service Determinations, affordable housing transportation analysis, and Congestion Management System database monitoring. Vendors must be onshore in the USA to be eligible. Questions must be submitted by November 12, 2026, and written proposals are due by November 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. The Selection Committee will score written proposals and shortlist at least three firms for oral presentations. Shortlisted firms must bring a sealed staffing rate plan to their oral presentation, which will only be opened during contract negotiations. Evaluation combines the written proposal and oral presentation scores for up to 150 total points.
