Landlord and Tenant Litigation Services for Housing Authority of Camden

The Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) is seeking qualified onshore legal firms to provide landlord and tenant litigation services. The selected vendor will perform offsite legal work, including conducting legal research, rendering written advice, managing liability risks, preparing notices, handling eviction matters, and drafting briefs, agreements, and pleadings. The contract term is one year. Mandatory proposal submission items include a Stockholder Ownership Disclosure Form, Cost Proposal, Non-Collusion Affidavit, required EEO/Affirmative Action questionnaire evidence, insurance, and necessary licenses or certifications. A New Jersey Business Registration Certificate is required prior to contract award. All pricing must be entered directly on the eProcurement Marketplace. All questions must be submitted through the Housing Agency Marketplace by November 5, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. EST. Proposals must be submitted digitally via the Housing Agency Marketplace eProcurement website by 2:00 P.M. prevailing time on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
