Procurement Operations Review Service for Algonquin College

The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology requires a vendor to perform a comprehensive procurement operations review. The selected vendor will evaluate the College's organizational structure, consortium participation, processes, digital tool usage including artificial intelligence, and operating model to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and savings. The performance of this work will occur offsite. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the Bonfire Bidding System using designated forms, including the Technical Bid Form, References Form, Financial Bid Form, and RFP Submission Form. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
