Pasadena Independent School District Promotional Items, Screen Printing, and Embroidery Services

Pasadena Independent School District requires promotional items, screen printing, embroidery, and related services to be used by multiple campuses and departments. Offsite performance is permitted, but awarded vendors must deliver goods F.O.B. Destination and Inside Delivery to the PISD department issuing a purchase order. Eligible vendors include onshore US organizations, and applicants must indicate whether they are a HUB, MWBE, Veteran, or Small Business Enterprise. All questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2027. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online through the PISD eBid System by Wednesday, January 20, 2027, at 2:00 p.m. The contract term is for three years, with firm pricing and discount percentages required for the entire term.
