City and County of San Francisco RFP for Supportive Services for Former Foster Youth

The City and County of San Francisco Human Services Agency issued RFP #1280 to procure supportive services for former foster youth. The selected grantee will deliver team-based, evidence-informed interventions supporting eligible minor and non-minor dependents and youth transitioning to independent adulthood. Scope includes initial and ongoing needs assessments, client-directed goal setting, resource coordination, and client advocacy. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations operating offsite. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT. Proposals are due by November 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM PT. The anticipated contract term is four years.
