Cyanidation Permitting Assistance Services for the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality seeks Statements of Qualifications from onshore USA organizations to provide cyanidation permitting assistance services. The selected vendors will support the administration of ore processing rules by reviewing permit applications, engineering plans, geotechnical data, and water management plans. Additionally, contractors will assist with permit compliance, site inspections, and mitigation reviews through task-order-based offsite contracts. DEQ expects to award multiple contracts from this solicitation. Offerors must submit their qualification statements electronically via IPRO, along with a state-supplied signature page, company experience, personnel resumes, and a project approach description. Interested vendors must register for a non-mandatory video conference by November 4, 2026, which takes place on November 13, 2026. Written inquiries must be submitted in IPRO by midnight on November 19, 2026, and final qualifications statements are due by 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time on December 11, 2026.
