City of Jacksonville Beach South Outfall Ditch Vegetation and Debris Clearing

The City of Jacksonville Beach requires clearing services for the South Outfall Ditch project. The selected vendor must clear vegetation, trees, and debris from an existing 100-foot wide drainage site in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The scope of work also includes maintaining site security, conducting pre-construction audio-video recordings of all surface features within a 50-foot zone of influence, keeping the premises clean, and managing temporary erosion and sedimentation controls. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit required contract documents and forms, including a Subcontractor Listing, Trench Safety Act Compliance Form, Drug-Free Workplace Compliance Form, Bid Bond, and various statutory compliance certifications. All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026. The bid opening date is December 2, 2026.
