Town of Andover Adult Tennis Lesson Programs Services Proposal

The Town of Andover requests proposals from qualified individuals or established businesses to provide adult tennis lesson programs. The selected vendor will deliver multi-week, one-day-per-week tennis lessons for adults 18 and older across fall, spring, and summer seasons in Andover, MA. Required services include providing a designated contact person and offering a minimum of two scholarships per program session for individuals meeting town requirements. Applicants must be USA-based organizations or individuals with recent prior experience providing adult tennis lessons. Staff over 18 must undergo a CORI check conducted by Andover Recreation, and teaching staff must possess required certifications. Proposals must include separately sealed Non-Price/Technical and Price proposals containing all required signed forms, such as the Certificate of Good Faith, Tax Attestation Form, Certificate of Non-Collusion, and evidence of corporate signature authority if applicable. Proposers must submit one original and two copies of their sealed submission to the Central Purchasing Department by November 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Evaluators will assess proposals using minimum and comparative criteria, including staff experience, supervisory experience, and required insurance coverage.
