About this opportunity
AI summaryThe Department of the Air Force seeks market research information to shape an acquisition strategy for a Cislunar Space System. The required scope includes up to five space vehicles with spacecraft buses, government payload accommodations, integration and testing, a ground segment, space launch solutions, communications integration, and operations and maintenance to meet mission needs in late CY29. The agency intends to award up to five firm-fixed-price preliminary design study contracts based on market research. Failure to respond may prevent participation in subsequent program acquisitions. Respondents must submit electronic PDF responses limited to 15 pages in 12-point font, along with a completed Summary Response Template, no later than 12:00 noon EDT on November 13, 2026. Submissions must define a complete system and provide rough order of magnitude cost estimates.
