City of Jacksonville ADA Online Document Compliance Services

The City of Jacksonville seeks a contractor to provide American with Disabilities Act online document compliance services. The selected vendor must provide solutions to scan, evaluate, and ensure electronic documents posted on city websites comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, integrate with current content management systems, and deliver reporting, tracking, and security capabilities. Bidders must submit all responses electronically through the city's 1Cloud e-procurement system. Bidders must submit any questions no later than November 12, 2026. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this offsite work, and the resulting contract will have a one-year term.
