Minimum qualifications
- Owner or legal lessee of the facility
- Possess SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and TIN
- Facility must have secure parking areas preventing unauthorized access
- Facility must have sufficient space for delivery and unloading from large transport vehicles
- Facility must have permanent restrooms with running water
- Facility must have secured storage areas for license plates, fleet cards, telematics equipment, and decommissioned parts
- Facility must have temporary or shared desk space for the Contracting Officer's Representative
- Facility must provide mobile internet and ability to upload/download files to GSA servers
