Legal Services for the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority

The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority seeks legal services to counsel its Board of Commissioners, President and CEO, and senior staff on current and future operations. The scope includes providing legal advice to ensure adherence to federal and state laws, assisting in negotiations with government or private entities, drafting contracts and legal instruments, advising on real property acquisition or disposition, and supporting all matters related to the federal agency program. Eligible onshore U.S. vendors will perform work offsite under a one-year contract term. Proposers must submit required forms, including the Form of Proposal, Form HUD-5369-C, Form HUD-5369-A, Profile of Firm Form, and documentation detailing experience and qualifications, by November 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will occur on November 17, 2026. A minimum three-person evaluation committee will review responsive proposals on subjective factors, while the Contracting Officer awards points for objective factors to establish the final rankings.
