Application Preparation and Grant Agreement Implementation for Texas Community Development Block Grant

The City of Kemah seeks a qualified professional administrator or service provider to deliver application preparation and grant agreement implementation services. The selected contractor will support participation in the Texas Community Development Block Grant program through the Texas Department of Agriculture, managing services across areas such as project and financial management, environmental reviews, real property acquisition, construction management, fair housing, and grant close-out assistance.
