Minnesota Department of Administration Accessibility Services Enterprise Master Contract Program

The Minnesota Department of Administration seeks enterprise contracts to deliver accessibility-related services for all state agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members. The required scope includes captioning and described video, remediation, accessibility audits and assessments, consulting and advisory services, accessibility testing, and accessibility training and education. Contractors will perform work offsite, apply recognized industry best practices, support established enterprise standards, provide knowledge transfer, and adhere to the state's policies and architecture. Bidders must be onshore U.S. organizations and registered as a bidder or supplier to participate. Participants must submit all questions by November 30, 2026. Bids must include pricing per unit and all required online file attachments, with final proposals due by 2:00 PM CST on December 21, 2026.
