Custodial Services Contract for Dickson County Schools District Properties

Dickson County Schools requires comprehensive custodial services for all district properties serving over 9,000 students and faculty. The contractor must supply all management, supervision, cleaning personnel, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies, including soaps, paper towels, toilet tissue, and liners. Operational coverage spans Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. during the school year, along with night and weekend activities year-round. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. Dickson County Schools will hold a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on November 17, 2026, and accepts questions through November 23, 2026. Sealed proposals, marked "Custodial Services Contract DO NOT OPEN" using the district's forms, or digital submissions via email or online, are due by December 10, 2026. Evaluations will utilize a 100-point weighted scale: cost accounts for 30 points, relevant K–12 experience accounts for 15 points, RFP compliance and technical scope account for 10 points, and references and past performance account for 5 points, with remaining points assigned to non-price criteria. The resulting contract term runs from January 4, 2027, through January 3, 2030.
