Environmental Testing, Monitoring and Consulting Services for Bridgeport Public Schools

The City of Bridgeport Department of Public Purchases, on behalf of the Bridgeport Board of Education, invites bids for environmental testing, monitoring, and consulting services across more than 38 school buildings and administrative offices. The awarded contractor must provide comprehensive air quality analytical testing, facility inspections, risk assessments, management plans, project design, analytical laboratory services, and reporting related to hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, and mold. Eligible bidders must be licensed in Connecticut, hold valid SAM and DUNS registrations, provide certified personnel including a DPH-licensed inspector, and demonstrate successful past experience with similar municipal projects without pending criminal charges. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online before the submission deadline of December 1, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor with firm-fixed pricing for a three-year term, plus an option for two additional years.
