SERDP Fiscal Year 2028 Environmental Research and Development Broad Agency Announcement

The buyer seeks pre-proposals responding to Statements of Need for basic research, applied research, and advanced technology development funded in Fiscal Year 2028. Projects must address innovative technologies or methods that enhance military readiness, improve installation resilience, and strengthen defense infrastructure within Environmental Restoration, Resource Conservation and Resilience, and Weapons Systems and Platforms. All private sector organizations, including small businesses, large businesses, and educational institutions, are eligible to bid. Offerors must maintain an active System for Award Management registration at the time of submission to be eligible for award. Awards are generally cost-type contracts requiring an approved accounting system and up-to-date government audit, though firm-fixed-price contracts may be utilized where appropriate.
