Consultant Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive consultant services spanning strategic communication, event production, document processing, and geographic information systems support. The agency needs to promote its mission, programs, and funding opportunities while supporting public engagement through high-quality events. The selected partner will produce content for the website, social media, and newsletters, manage social media strategies with multimedia content, and provide graphic design for outreach materials. To ensure accessibility for multilingual and diverse audiences, the agency requires translation of outreach materials and simultaneous interpretation services at events. The scope of work also includes preparing documents for transport, performing high-quality scanning of various document formats, and converting scanned documents into searchable optical character recognition text. Additionally, the agency requires the conversion of non-geographic information systems data into geographic information systems formats, updates to geographic datasets to reflect changing park conditions, and grant writing and program materials development. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and intends to award a contract with a performance period of five years. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than June 26, 2025.
