Consultant Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive consultant services over a five-year contract period. The selected provider will deliver strategic communication and event production services to promote the agency's mission, programs, and funding opportunities while supporting public engagement through high-quality events. The scope of work includes producing content for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels, as well as developing and managing social media strategies with multimedia content like short videos, reels, graphics, and audience engagement. The agency also requires graphic design and production services for outreach materials and event collateral. To ensure accessibility for multilingual and diverse audiences, the provider must translate materials, create outreach content in multiple languages, and offer translation or simultaneous interpretation services at outreach events. The project further entails utilizing multi-channel communications, such as social media and local media, to share information about agency activities and objectives. Document management tasks within the scope include preparing documents for transport and scanning, performing high-quality and high-resolution scanning of various document types in different formats, and converting scanned documents into OCR editable and searchable text. The provider will also convert data and information from non-GIS systems into GIS formats and update GIS datasets to reflect changes in park conditions, new grant projects, land acquisitions, or alterations to park boundaries and infrastructure. Finally, the agency requires assistance with grant writing and program materials development. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
