Special Events Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive special events services for a contract period of one year. Graphic design tasks involve designing posters, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and advertisements. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is hosting a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 25, 2025, to discuss the project details. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
