Special Education Equipment, Supplies, and Related Products and Services

The Region One Education Service Center, a government authority located in McAllen, Texas, is seeking vendors to provide special education equipment, supplies, and related products and services. The agency requires these items to support academic, adaptive, and assistive technology needs for students receiving special education services. The procurement addresses the agency's need for specialized tools, testing materials, and classroom resources to facilitate effective instruction and evaluations. The scope of work covers two main categories of products. The first category includes academic student support technology, adaptive equipment, assistive technology, audiology items, audiometric examination sound booths, crisis prevention intervention training materials, hearing aids and accessories, literacy materials, special education software, testing protocols and kits for evaluations, and wheelchairs. The second category covers classroom teaching supplies, instructional materials, and instructional supplies. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. Bidders must submit their proposals physically via courier or post, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
