Core Program Services

The Larimer County Division of Children, Youth, and Family Services in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking applications from qualified United States organizations to provide core program services. The agency is attempting to support at-risk families through a variety of specialized interventions and therapeutic programs. The scope of work covers home-based intervention, intensive family therapy, sexual abuse treatment, day treatment, mental health services, coaching, functional family therapy, multi-system therapy, parent education, the family time continuum, trauma assessments, and trauma-informed care services. The agency requires specific staffing and workload ratios to ensure service quality. Each worker engaged in home-based intervention, intensive family therapy, and sexual abuse treatment must manage a caseload of at least two and not more than twelve at-risk families, depending on the intensity of service required. Furthermore, the agency mandates a supervisory workload ratio of six caseworkers per supervisor, and contractors must provide comparable supervision. Eligible applicants must be onshore United States organizations. The agency expects the selected contractor to perform all work offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
