Minimum qualifications
- Qualified to provide professional services to residents of Mississippi
- Primary Provider/Surgeon/Hospital/Outpatient Surgical Facility must obtain laboratory services from a CLIA certified laboratory
- CRNAs must be qualified per Section §73-15-20(2) of Code of Mississippi 1972 and licensed by Mississippi Board of Nursing
- Maintain required licensing and/or certification throughout the contract period
- Validly organized business with valid authority to enter into contract, qualified to do business and in good standing in Mississippi
