Breast and Cervical Cancer Program Services

The Mississippi State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide breast and cervical cancer program services to reduce morbidity and mortality among medically underserved women. The agency aims to screen underinsured, uninsured, minority, and medically underserved women who are forty years of age and older. This initiative requires coordination with a broad network of healthcare partners, including federally qualified community health centers, health department clinics, private family physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, surgeons, radiologists, medical oncologists, pathologists, and laboratories. The selected provider must address patient barriers to screening, improve clinic processes to better identify women in need of screening, and enroll women in screening and diagnostic tests. The scope of work requires onsite performance within the state of Mississippi. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or through their online portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the program.
