The City of Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a commercial real estate broker to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of commercial real estate. The selected broker will assist the City with selling, leasing, or purchasing various types of properties, with all transactions requiring final approval from the City. The agency requires the broker to procure buyers, assist in negotiating sales, perform sales analysis, and conduct due diligence on prospective buyers.
