Clinical Evaluations, Treatment, Wrap Service and Forensic Evaluations Service

The Salt Lake County government authority located in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a vendor to provide clinical evaluations, treatment, wrap services, and forensic evaluations. The agency requires a provider to conduct face-to-face reviews of each person's treatment plan as clinically indicated, but no less than quarterly. This initiative aims to address the supervision and support needs of individuals with high mental health and behavioral challenges. The scope of work covers client supervision for individuals with high mental health and behavioral needs, as well as twenty-four-seven one-on-one supervision for individuals exhibiting suicidal or sexually aggressive behaviors. The selected provider must also deliver temporary staffing support for emergency hospital stays. Additionally, the agency requires mentoring services delivered either face-to-face or via telehealth. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2028. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to select a qualified vendor.
