Recreation Services for Individuals with Brain Injury

The Massachusetts-based government authority in Boston is seeking to qualify community organizations and sole proprietors to provide recreation services to individuals with brain injury. The agency is trying to solve the lack of accessible recreational opportunities for this population by securing providers who can deliver a wide array of activities. The scope of work covers events such as adaptive sports, arts and crafts, bowling, restaurant dining, sports and theater attendance, movies, regional fairs, pizza parties, game nights, book clubs, exercise classes, cultural celebrations, health and wellness activities, fishing trips, horseback riding, ceramics, holiday events, karaoke, and dances. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 17, 2025. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 20, 2025.
