Real Property Insurance Services

A California government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive real property insurance services. The agency needs insurance brokers of property-casualty insurance products to provide liability, casualty, fire, and related insurance coverages for real properties and the contents of real properties under agency management. The targeted real properties may be occupied or unoccupied, may or may not have structures, or may consist of vacant land. The scope of work covers structures including single-family homes, multi-family housing, condominiums, townhouses, commercial properties, and mobile homes located both inside and outside the local County. The agency requires the selected broker to secure coverages that protect these diverse real properties and their contents against liability, casualty, and fire risks. All performance of the contract work must occur offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial terms of the contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than March 12, 2026.
