Fine Arts Contracted services

The Pearland Independent School District in Pearland, Texas is seeking qualified individuals, firms, or organizations to provide contracted fine arts services. The district needs to supplement, rather than replace, its existing instructional staff by securing specialized expertise that is not typically available through agency personnel. These services will support and enrich fine arts instruction, creative learning experiences, and professional development for both students and staff across multiple fine arts disciplines. The scope of work covers services delivered on a short-term, recurring, or as-needed basis. Requested services include instructional coaching, masterclasses, clinics, direct student instruction, and creative learning experiences. The district is also requesting performance support, choreography, composition, arranging, professional development for fine arts staff, community-based arts partnerships, judging, products, and cultural enrichment activities. Delivery of these services may involve information, advice, recommendations, intellectual products, direct participation, demonstrations, or performances. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The performance of the contract will take place both onsite in Pearland, Texas and offsite. The district is establishing a contract period of three years. The district is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than December 4, 2026.
