Contract Investigator Services

The Montana Office of the State Public Defender is seeking contract investigator services to assist public defender attorneys and contract counsel. These investigators will support legal representation for clients in all criminal and civil matters where the agency receives appointments from the government authority in Montana. The agency requires these investigative services to ensure comprehensive defense preparation and support for its legal teams. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform all investigative tasks offsite from the vendor's own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services.
