Contract Investigator Services

The Montana Office of the State Public Defender (OPD) is seeking contract investigative services to assist OPD attorneys and contract counsel representing OPD clients. These investigators will support attorneys in all criminal and civil matters in which the agency is appointed. Private investigators interested in providing these services must respond to the solicitation by answering all required questions and uploading all required documents to the government authority. Eligible providers must be located onshore within the United States. The selected investigators will perform the work offsite and must carry out all duties within their own office locations. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally, either via email or through the online portal.
