Website Design, Development, Hosting, Operations, Maintenance and Support Services Using Drupal CMS

The agency is seeking website design, development, hosting, operations, maintenance, and support services using the Drupal content management system. The selected contractor must operate, maintain, and manage the static elements of the website, which is hosted on Pantheon infrastructure with a Fastly Content Delivery Network. Additionally, the agency requires the maintenance of a map integration built via Mapbox and OpenStreetMap using static and real-time data, as well as the maintenance of real-time elements managed by a customized software as a service API Gateway product on the Tyk platform. The scope of work includes ensuring that designated agency administrators can conduct website updates via the Drupal content management system. The contractor must maintain the online library of logos, develop and support the deployment of website graphics, and provide these graphics to the project manager. Furthermore, the agency requires the creation, management, and maintenance of architecture and technical documents following a Systems Engineering approach. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency expects the performance of all work to occur offsite.
