Consultant Prequalification Service

The Washington state government authority is seeking a vendor to provide consultant prequalification services across twenty distinct professional categories. These categories span construction management, materials testing, cost risk assessment, environmental services, and multiple engineering disciplines including facilities, structural, geotechnical, naval, and subsurface utilities engineering. The selected vendor will also manage prequalification for specialized services such as fish passage barrier correction, independent construction cost estimating, surveying, and subject matter expertise. The authority requires the performance of all work to take place onsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The authority has not disclosed a set budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
