Cloud-Based Automated Fingerprint Identification System

The Indiana State Police is seeking a cloud-based Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS). The agency aims to implement a modern AFIS platform that improves performance, reliability, interoperability, and security. The solution will reduce manual processing, strengthen lights-out capabilities, enhance exception handling and monitoring, improve data integrity and reporting, and ensure continued compliance with state and federal security requirements. The project covers the provision and support of a cloud-based AFIS. This includes migrating existing workflows to a cloud-hosted system, supporting legacy reporting requirements, providing incident and problem management operations, maintaining new interfaces and data sharing mechanisms, and performing native data migration, conversion, and optimization to new algorithms while ensuring data integrity. The performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore (USA Organization Only). Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online. All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026. A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 30, 2026. The submission due date and time for proposals is September 9, 2026, by 3:00 pm ET. The contract period will be for one year. The agency is looking for proposals and has not specified a budget amount.
