RFI for Scalable Software Applications - Special Notice

The buyer requires scalable software applications for the Next Generation Command and Control program's product delivery phase. Solutions must be mission-ready, modular, and comply with architectural, cybersecurity, data, and interface standards. This includes integrations with common services, data registry compliance for data consumption and publication, and AI services registry compliance for AI model management. Applications must also function across various compute infrastructures and network bandwidths. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) vendors. The performance of the work will be offsite. The buyer is seeking proposals.
