Case Management System

The buyer requires a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) case management solution. The solution must support case file management, client interactions, correspondence, reporting, and related business processes. Key functionalities include saving Outlook emails and attachments, importing and personalizing email templates, creating and modifying fields and categories without contractor assistance, capturing and reporting victim, offender, and stakeholder information, AI-assisted workflows, automatic document generation and attachment to case records, and identifying lead users and collaborators. The contract period is for five years. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian organizations only, and work performance will be offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals.
