RFI for Cloud-Based Parking Access and Revenue Control System

The buyer seeks a cloud-based parking access and revenue control system. The solution must minimize PCI DSS compliance obligations while ensuring secure payment processing. Requested components include transit fare and payment systems, mobile applications, enforcement systems, CRM and customer service tools, API documentation, real-time data sharing, integration with customer information platforms, and payment systems. The system must also provide protection from malicious code, real-time monitoring of various systems and equipment, 24x7 security monitoring, SOC services, vulnerability management, patching, cybersecurity monitoring, and remote diagnostics with predictive maintenance. Eligibility requires the organization to be onshore (USA only). The performance of the work will be offsite. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 17, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals and has not stated a budget.
